Blog 407: Number Theory!!

Calvin: As a math atheist, I should be excused from this.

Scary blog title...isnt it?
Okay...this isnt gonna be abt any crappy number theory proposed by some fellow who had nothing better to do in life than make abstract maths theorems.
This is abt me and my number theory...
scared now?? [:D]

First, the raison d'etre of this post...
For both lunch and dinner, we (I and a madman) got order number 13 at Sahara today. Sheer coincidence that today is the 13th??

So well...i thought a bit...and whoa...13 is the 6th prime number. Sheer coincidence that this is the 6th month...??
and by now i'm sure u have cursed me 2005 times for having made u go thru this number-coincidence crap. Sheer coincidence that this is the year 2005?? [:D]**winks**
Sahara @ IIT Kgp

We often land order no. 17 at Sahara...pretty consistently actually...and i happened to make a monumentally insightful remark that maybe there are 16 ppl who are as
regular as we are in going to sahara. Madman, of course, diluted the gravity of my remark by making an atrociously trivial and baseless comment saying, " trouble is...its a different 16 everyday". Trust Madman to make claims of such nature. Ah...the nerve...

Well..anyways...there is another set of ppl...Varun and Himadri...who always come to sahara after us and often meditate deeply on why time, space, circumstances and destiny conspires against them causing them to arrive later than us. Madman, of course, told them that the simple reason is that we hide in the bushes all day long and wait until it gets time to jump out and eat.
Would u believe it...i mean...sheesh...

Some ppl just dont know how to keep secrets...

Anyways...number theory...
forget it...i have no interest in propounding my number theory anymore...
back to madman...
madman often doesnt realise that its of vital importance to the survival of mankind that every man has some moments of silliness. When madman is in THE MOOD **thunder and lightning** he'll shoot down outright silly comments as if they were blasphemous utterances spoken while under an oath taken on the holy Bible, Gita and Quran put together.

Madman also doesnt believe in the scientifically established and ecclesiastically recommended virtues of nocturnal tea-trips. He considers night to be the inviolable quality time he gets to spend with the sandman. Ugh...ppl and their preposterous idiosyncrasies...

I guess since i've lost tempo to go ahead with my number theory, this post no longer has an objective to fulfil...
Okay...typing shall self-destruct within 5 seconds...

"ppl and their preposterous idiosyncrasies" - compare this with "every portrait...is a portrait of the artist"...
