Umm.. Not reeeally.. those three guys there arent representative of the huge range of ppl u find here..
There are things in that book that every IITian would identify with.. but not everything..
Sandipan Deb's 'The IITians' is much closer home and gives a terrific account of life here...
Btw.. it wouldnt be bad at all if the institute top vodka and pink floyd thing were true!!

Well.. my hard disk hadnt crashed.. that was just a pretext to get a comp in the ac lab to beat the heat [:D]
And, the miracle is that out of all the lines I've ever scribbled on my blog, the one that pops up portrays me in wonderfully cool academic light.. the truth be damned!
hey sunny, I respect the scholars' avenue team very much for all the hard work, you guys have put in. I truly admire you ppl. The term "sleeping in cosy beds" may have sounded derogatory but was adulatory in the sense tht if u guys put your efforts again, the institute bureaucracy cannot stop you from making your paper a success, it is doomed only if you go to sleep.
